I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Tom Cola, who gladly arranged for a back-to-back comparison test drive of an E sport versus an E luxury model. Since I do a ton of highway driving, I was looking for a car with the Distronic Plus system, which is rather rare. Tom brought out a loaded E350 sport for the test drive and it just happened to be in my preferred exterior color with a custom interior. I had not walked in with any serious intention of finding a car that evening, but based on the car's options, mileage, condition, certified pre-owned warranty, and the pricing Tom provided, I knew a quick decision was needed. I called Tom the next morning and he held the car so I could come in later to see it in daylight and take a highway test drive. When all looked good, he had my 2006 C280 with 165K miles evaluated for trade-in and we made the deal. On top of Tom's excellent service, I know having purchased at Ray Catena that I'll get equal service on the maintenance side, including loaner cars, pick up/drop off, free car washes, etc... Upon our arrival he had a list of cars for us to look at that included every detail we previoulsly discussed . Tom spent hours making sure we got the best rate and into a car we liked.
