My only objective is to make all my customers feel special throughout their entire ownership experience. They are purchasing or leasing the best automobile in the world and they will be treated with the best service in the world. They are the most important person to me, and I am thankful to be able to help them get their very own Mercedes Benz. I will be with them for the entire ownership experience. I will handle all their service and maintenance needs. I will be the one who arranges the appointments and sets up the loaner car whenever they may need it. I am there for them from the moment we meet, for anything they may need relating to their Mercedes Benz, and I am grateful for it.

I am the type to be suspicious of sales people of any kind, but Tom was very friendly, helpful, and honest! He worked with me on my trade and gave me a great deal on my "new" car. Underwater in a financed vehicle. I was underwater in an E350 and wanted to upgrade before paying off the vehicle. I left a message on the Ray Catena website and received an out of thi I was underwater in an E350 and wanted to upgrade before paying off the vehicle. I left a message on the Ray Catena website and received an out of this world email response from Tom Cola, which after reading it I immediately thought 'this guy gets me". I called him and he had the same energy as the email. Two days later I am in the best 2017 E300 ever! Tom is simply the best! He holds your hand and roots for you through the entire process. Tom Cola and Ray Catena of Edison are "Rock Stars"!!! More
