If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. The service department at this location is AWFUL!! I purchased my car when this location was Dan Obrien in 2020. Beyond rude and unprofessional customer service and very condescending attitudes from the maintenance/service department. I got a notice about potential issues with my Kia…says to bring it in at no cost to you over and over. But I was charged..my mechanic showed and expressed the issues with my Kia. That Kia knows about said issues and will fix it cause of the extended warranty and should bring it there. They didn’t test drive my car, didn’t perform tests with engine even warmed! They lied about uploading footage to the warranty department. There is so many other details I could get into about the lack of professionalism with the service department at this location but please take my word and go anywhere else. More
