Exceeding all Expectations! Purchased a pre-certified BMW a few years back for my son and it was time for a new one. I typically dread dealing with car dealers, but this was an AWESOME experience! Dealt with Laura F, Kevin P and even the owner Tom D went out of his way for me. They gave me a great price for new vehicle and a very good trade-in amount! They were very organized as well! As the papers were being drawn up, the new car was being prepped, and we were in and out of there in less than 3 hours! Better treatment than at any other dealership we have dealt with including Bentley! Will be back again!!!!!! More

Not to mention the salesmen and service department. I have yet to ever have an issue with any of them. My current salesman, Danny Wong was excellent. He was extremely patient and never ignored any of my questions plus gave a full explanation via email, which is rare to find with a true salesman. Most of them just ifnore you until you go away or return an answer at their convenience. Danny not only returned every single email and call, but went above and beyond in trying to help me by guiding me in the right direction each time we became close to a purchase (even if I didn't want to hear it haha). The day we finally made something happen (which took an easy 2 months), I think everyone, including Mr. DeFelice was happy. Buying a car is never simple. Theres a ton of research involved and with that comes many questions and not every sales person will provide the true honest answer and quickly. Despite all the hurdles we had in this purchase, I still hands down have zero desire to walk into any other dealership. Circle proved me right in knowing the quality of the product I was buying and the loyalty that stuck behind it. I would absolutely refer Circle to anyone in the market for a BMW and to use my guy Danny, he by far surpassed my expectations and I am truly grateful.
