All three dealerships offered no hassle, no pressure, friendly and thorough service. I selected the Mazda, and Capistrano Mazda because of the excellent sales service provided by Forouz M. and the team supporting her, including Moe A. Had their service not been excellent, it would have made it easier to choose an alternate brand vehicle. Their service and my appreciation for the value that the Mazda provides pushed me to the decision to buy Mazda. I liked the more expensive cars, but … geezzz… the Signature level of the CX 5 is so nice, and the Turbo-4 engine for 2019 was the deal cincher. More

Then we heard the 2019 would be coming with a turbo version, so decided to put our purchase on hold. Once the 2019's were released, we contacted Forouz about the possibility of getting the 2019 with the bells and whistles we wanted. Forouz made it happen and kept us in loop along the way. Once our car arrived at the dealership, Forouz and the entire Capistrano Mazda team were so pleasant to work with, helpful with the trade-in of our previous car and trained us on our new one. Having a good experience at car dealerships are not easy to come by, but I look back on our purchase with "smileage" on our faces!! More

From Mercedes to Mazda! I was ready to start looking at new cars after owning and loving my Mercedes for over 14 years. My daughter was insistent I go talk to the guys at Mazda and at least take a look- she said Mazda’s come a long way and she was sure I’d find my next car there. So to appease my daughter I went to Capo Mazda and met the sales managers who introduced me to Diego. Diego knew what questions to ask me so he could show me exactly what I wanted and within half an hour I was coming back from a test drive and now had a whole bunch of questions for him! The whole team punched the numbers and made it very clear what my options were and what I was looking at, and it was easy for me to decide that I was going home with a new Mazda CX-5 that night! Diego showed me all the luxuries that the new technology had to offer along with some great safety features I didn’t know about. He answered all my questions and even introduced me to some of the service department staff so I feel very confident I am going to be well taken care of by the team at Capo Mazda! More
