We recently purchased a brand new vehicle from McDonald's and truly had the best experience ever. They all were so accommodating. Owen our sales rep went above and beyond each time we talked to him or came i and truly had the best experience ever. They all were so accommodating. Owen our sales rep went above and beyond each time we talked to him or came into the dealership to look at a vehicle. He stayed after 3 night in a row pass his shift to help with our work schedule. Owen educationed us on vehicles and models while we test drove a few. My husband and I have never had that type of one on one. Tom the financial manger was very personable and kind hearted. Heather in the finance department was extraordinary in explaining each aspect of the final paper work. McDonald's is a great place where everyone works together and helps one another. More
