Great dealership, glad I came back!!! I was looking for a new truck and stop at a couple of different dealerships and inquired within. My previous Truck I bought from a different dealershi I was looking for a new truck and stop at a couple of different dealerships and inquired within. My previous Truck I bought from a different dealership as well. After visiting a certain dealership in flint and didn't hear from salesman for a couple weeks, so I called and he lied to me about not contacting me or looking for a certain vehicle for me. So I decided to come back to McDonald's and GLAD I did. I stopped by one Saturday and the salesman (Joe) found me and starting talking to find out what I wanted to look for. The one we test drove was missing power seats that we wanted in passenger side. So Joe said that he would look for me and would call me when he found something. I was surprised when Joe called that following Monday said he found something and sent pictures to me via email and text. I was curious so the next chance I could make it in there to see it was Wednesday and we bought it on Thursday night. I was REALLY impressed the choice of Truck he found for us and was ALOT more then we were looking for and SAVED money on my monthly payment as well. The truck he found was 2017 SIERRA ALL-TERRAIN SLT loaded!!! So I would recommend Joe Latty at McDonald's GMC to anyone. More

Stressed out woman Earlier this month I was involved at a accident with a deer which totaled out my car. I was told that if I went to this dealership and spoke with Trem Earlier this month I was involved at a accident with a deer which totaled out my car. I was told that if I went to this dealership and spoke with Tremaine that he would help me get a new car. I went in there and explained my situation to him and from that moment on he has done nothing but help me and help me stay positive. Well I finally received my letter stating that my vehicle was paid off and as soon as I sent him the info he replied give me until tomorrow and I'll have you in a new vehicle. That very next day as soon as I got out of work Tremaine was calling stating that he got me approved for a 2017 vehicle. This man even stayed after work to make sure I was ok with everything. I was more than pleased with the customer service provided to me at that dealership. More
