In all the excitement of purchasing a new vehicle, there is a level of trust regarding business practices. In reflecting upon our sale, there were questionable practices experienced. While this is being addressed, we forged ahead with the purchase and had a pleasant experience with Finance. And in our circumstances, at the time of the test drive, it was suspected the vehicle required attention to the tires. This was realized after taking possession of the vehicle which had us back to the dealership the very next day to visit the Service Dept. The service waiting area and parts Dept are set in a great setting. Loved the character of each space. We found the service personnel to be great to work with too.
