Wonderful Experience! We went to Walls Ford as our Lease was almost up. Our restrictions for a new car, were that we could only put down x dollars, and only wanted to pay t We went to Walls Ford as our Lease was almost up. Our restrictions for a new car, were that we could only put down x dollars, and only wanted to pay the same monthly red carpet lease we had with our 2015 Ford Escape Titanium. I had researched and could not figure out how I could get the same or better car newer. Tom Fountain, spent the time with us to look and review multiple choices. Julie Wall stopped in and graciously asked how we were doing, were we getting the car I wanted. Was there anything we wanted or needed. There was NO pressure from either of them to buy. Tom heard what we wanted in a new car and trust me we had lots of wants! He researched multiple SUV's, we test drove an Ecosport, as an fiscally sound option. The facts were presented and we were able to make a decision. Other dealers we contacted were a hard sell, did not have the car we wanted or said they did and didn't. Tom never promised, but told us he would do the best he could to get it. He required a deposit, any amount we felt comfortable with. We got a call the next day that the car we choose was ours! We did have to give up our Vista Sun Roof, but we got a much safer, 2018 Ford ESCAPE Titanium for X amount of dollars down and $1 dollar less than what we were paying for our 2015!!! Amazing process..and then OMG we had to go through the paperwork to end the lease and start a new lease...I dread this part, but low and behold Heather was wonderful, quick and professional dotted all the I's and T's. I did not want to buy all the extra end of lease or maintenance plans, but did want just one little portion and didn't want to add it to my monthly payment. So she arranged for me to pay it in a lump sum and separated it out! Then I walked out with Tom who explained all the new tech, set my phone in, setup the Sirrus favorite channels and well I was home with a brand new car within a couple of hours! No stress, no hassles, no questions left unanswered and he offered to have me come back so I could try to use the parallel park assist. Thank you Walls Ford!! You are the BEST! More

My best car buying experience so far! Timing is everything so they say, and the week before Presidents' Day I found out that I needed a new car. All of my cars have been "New (To Me,)" ne Timing is everything so they say, and the week before Presidents' Day I found out that I needed a new car. All of my cars have been "New (To Me,)" never "Brand New", and I never thought that it would be possible to own a new car. Well, Wall's Ford made that possible, and I cannot thank them enough! I started my search like most folks probably do these days - online with multiple browser tabs opened between online reviews, car manufacturer's sites, and various dealerships. You know, it almost gets a little crazy bouncing around from site to site, reading and comparing, etc. I contacted a few dealerships, and Wall's was the first to get back to me. Tom was really nice to talk to and we set an appointment for that Saturday. I was a bit early, but Tom and Stan met with me and in a few minutes we were out test driving a Focus. We got back to the dealership, went over some numbers, made a call to my insurance company, and a little later on I was driving home in my new car! So many times I hear people complain about the car buying process, but my experience was the polar opposite of all that working with the great staff at Wall's Ford. It was straight forward, honest, and easier than I could have imagined - no hidden surprises or plot twists. They had the car I wanted and needed, and I bought it and drove it home a couple of hours later - simple as that! They were super! Thank you Stan, Tom, and Heather! Mr. Wall, you have a fine dealership with a great staff on board! More

Awesome from start to finish I was searching for a quality used vehicle for my son.....Ford Fusion was on the list of vehicles being considered. I noticed one on the Autotrader si I was searching for a quality used vehicle for my son.....Ford Fusion was on the list of vehicles being considered. I noticed one on the Autotrader site, and went directly to the seller site: Wall's Ford of Salisbury. I was contacted directly by Tom Fountain of Wall's Sales Dept. within 10 minutes of submitting the form indicating my interest. Within 48 hours, we were in Salisbury test driving (without the salesman sitting in the rear seat). Within another 48 hours --or less, we took delivery of a 2011 one-owner extremely clean ford fusion, which was sold and serviced by Wall's. The follow up, attention to details, financing assistance and total preparation of the car for delivery were superb....what's important to note is I live in Greenfield Ma.......90 miles Southwest of Wall's......I recommend Wall's and Tom Fountain...... the owners are IN the SHOWROOM and SERVICE......there is no pressure, and no lying or faking........Imagine that, in this day and age...... Once at the dealership, Mike was an excellent salesman and very helpful in the car buying process. Everyone at Wall’s Ford is very friendly, kind, and easy to talk to. The car itself is in great shape and was a great price. I’ve only ever owned Fords and have never been disappointed. Due to the DMV being closed that day and not having VT license plates to put on the car, I was unable to drive the car home that day - which was unfortunate since I live about 2.5 hours away. The owner of Wall’s Ford, John Wall, happened to be visiting my area a few days later and kindly offered to drive my car down! That was exceptional and truly above and beyond. After he drove my car down, he even filled the gas tank for me. I would proudly recommend this dealership to anyone I know; they truly want you to have a pleasant experience there and work hard to ensure you do. Thank you Wall’s Ford! More
