Great experience I highly recommend Wall Ford. Three years ago I leased a f-150 and just yesterday I turned it in for a 2017 f-150. Both experiences were great. My sal I highly recommend Wall Ford. Three years ago I leased a f-150 and just yesterday I turned it in for a 2017 f-150. Both experiences were great. My salesman Tom Fountain was a straight shooter and got me a good deal on both leases. I didn't spend needless hours trying to get a deal done like I have done in the past at other high pressure dealers. Tom Fountain also sends me emails reminding me about routine maintenance and also wishes me a happy birthday every year which is a nice personal touch. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Amazing Experience All Around I don't even know the right words to say to express how amazing this dealership is. Tom Fountain went above and beyond to find me the vehicle that i w I don't even know the right words to say to express how amazing this dealership is. Tom Fountain went above and beyond to find me the vehicle that i was asking for. There was a lot of musts for me and he nailed them all and then some! They worked with me on my trade and got me into my dream vehicle for a monthly payment i was looking for. The Sales manager Luis was also a big help in this process because of helping me out with the trade. The service advisor, Steven, showed me how everything worked in the vehicle and answered all of my questions. He stayed very patient with me. Tom is certainly the best sales person i have dealt with because i did not find him pushy at all. 100% recommend for buying new fords or any used vehicle! More

Tom Fountain Tom gave me very pleasant experience purchasing a 2017 Ford Focus at walls. I had a large deposit of cash that was 10s and 20s. It took us both awhil Tom gave me very pleasant experience purchasing a 2017 Ford Focus at walls. I had a large deposit of cash that was 10s and 20s. It took us both awhile to count it out. I miss counted and later when I picked up the car they gave me 510 dollars back. Very honest people at Walls. More

Great experience! Thomas Fountain was my primary contact at Wall's Ford from day one. He was always very responsive and knowledgeable. When I bought my car, a couple of Thomas Fountain was my primary contact at Wall's Ford from day one. He was always very responsive and knowledgeable. When I bought my car, a couple of delays happened because they wanted the car to be in perfect condition the day I would pick it up. Thomas always offered a solution (he even proposed me to deliver my car to my house personally due to my busy schedule and because I live about 40 minutes away from Salisbury). Thomas topped of the tank of gas before I picked the car (which is a first in my experience buying a car). Thomas is a great asset to Walls Ford, he always wants to make sure everyring's right without being "pushy". He even gave me his personal cell phone number so he could text me and keep me updated. Everybody was friendly from the accounting to the mechanics and they all wanted to be sure that my experience was five stars, and it was! It's a family business and you can tell they all want you to be part of it. Thank you to all and particularly to Thomas for this great experience! More
