Wrong Dealership, Right Timing On Friday, June 13th, I called a dealership and asked if they could help me get a car. The dealership i called was a Hyundai dealership, spoke Matt and he told me that Shannon could help me with special financing. I drive thinking i am going to the right dealership and i end up at Luther Nissan Kia. I asked Mary at the front desk for Matt and she told me that Matt was off today. Well a long story short, i ended up at the wrong dealership and got a car from Luther Nissan Kia, thanks to Tom, Raul, Mary and Jerry. There was also another employee involved in service but i cannot remember his name but he was great too. Yes i would recommend Luther Nissan Kia to friends and family. thank you guys for everything! More

At first I was stand offish about buying a new car and didn't have much hope of getting a car because of past credit issue I worked with Tom Hagmeier. Throughout the rest of the day (we were there for a while) we worked with Tom, Adam, and Raul, all who were exactly what we needed. Once we decided to buy it was a completely smooth process. They kept us in the loop on everything we needed to know. The thing that set this dealership a part from the rest was their ability to understand what we needed. There were times when my wife and I needed space and time to talk..they gave us exactly that. At other times we needed direction and help...they gave us exactly that. Seamless Experience I walked in because I had driven a Kia Soul before and I had a little time before my next appointment in the area of Luther Nissan and Kia. I thought I walked in because I had driven a Kia Soul before and I had a little time before my next appointment in the area of Luther Nissan and Kia. I thought I would start there in my search for any car that I could qualify for that had great gas mileage and a payment below $300. I really didn't care about car, style, color etc. Tom Hagmeier met me at the door and said lets get some information. I sat down with only 20 minutes time available before my appointment. Tom took my information, introduced me to Dave Ramy and they asked when I could come back. I said Monday, they said if I could come back that evening they would have all my information processed but my appointment went until 8:30pm and they both said they would wait for me even if I could not get back til closer to 9pm. I made it back and Dave asked me he can get me in a Kia Soul or Rio to meet my requirements, he asked do you want Manual or Automatic and what color I want. I told him Manual because I know it is less expensive and told him it didn't matter what color. Dave and Tom said they had one in stock in Alien Green and that was the color that if I had a choice would have selected. I was so happy. Tom and I took a test drive and within 30 minutes I was driving home in my new Kia Soul. I have had all kinds of follow-up from the dealer and Tom and it was the most seamless experience I have ever experienced. Thank you Luther Nissan on Kia. I love my car and I am so happy. More

Tom made buying a new vehicle stress free. He offered to try to price the vehicle within our price parameters and if not, there would be no pressure to make the sale.
