While I was glad to get a car leased while there's a shortage, I left with negative feelings about the salesman because 1. in the beginning he said the monthly payment would be $300 less $30 for every t shortage, I left with negative feelings about the salesman because 1. in the beginning he said the monthly payment would be $300 less $30 for every thousand I put down and then when I told him about my trade-in he said they would accept it as 4K down payment and then offered me $250 a month which I stupidly accepted because I was in a hurry. Later I realized that according to his original statement it should have been $180 a month. And 2. While we were waiting for paperwork he felt it necessary to chit chat and his questions were extremely overly personal. 3. There was actually more, but those were the biggest things. I am hoping that they are easier to work with for my monthly payments and car return at the end of the 36 months. If they try to charge me for something stupid I'm going to be really mad. More

I was then escorted to the lounge area while they assessed the vehicle issue and continually updated. I was offered a loaner vehicle, and was out the door for maybe an hour when I got a call that the vehicle was repaired. They simply replaced the radio. Everything was quick, efficient and I felt confident by their professionalism and positive attitudes. Tom Haidet, who was my salesman, walked me through everything, made very practical suggestions, and then followed through every step of the way, with every question and concern, and helped resolve issues with the vehicle itself through the service department. 5 star experience!
