I soon learned that used Pilots were few and the available stock required more comprimises than I was willing to accept. Tom pointed me to a new car in another dealership that was configured exactly as I wished. He was able to secure the car for me, make selected additions to the vehicle, and arrange delivery to my home. The process was easy and conducted to my satisfaction.
