My satisfaction supersedes my previous negative review. I was frustrated that my promised one-day service turned into a problem that caused me six separate visits (at the time) to fix — and ultimately it I was frustrated that my promised one-day service turned into a problem that caused me six separate visits (at the time) to fix — and ultimately it took EIGHT trips. But with the repair finally being done right, management’s apology,, and management’s expression as to the unfortunate circumstances being a learning experience, I am pleased to be able to recommend Manly Honda with a top review.
