Several people worked in concert to help me select and purchase my beautiful Honda Fit. Secondly, everything was above-board. No deception or manipulative sales tactics. Third, the car is in beautiful shape. After the purchase, I asked my regular mechanic to do a 57-point vehicle inspection. He confirmed what I already felt, that everything is in perfect condition. Finally, the team made this a pleasant, fun and relaxing experience. I highly recommend each staff member who helped me, starting with Tom Haidet, Chris Fleming, Dave Sambad in Finance, "Hawaiian Mike" Warren, Ted Krupinski, who programmed an extra back-up key without charge; and Patrick Channing in Parts, who referred me to a car cover resource. When I got home, I noticed that Hondas are parked all around me - My neighbors smiled and nodded in approval of my beautiful car, praising Manly Honda as an honest and wonderful car dealership. There was a discrepancy regarding the quoted price. The internet pricing was totally misleading. At the dealership, what I was initially told, was not the final price I was given. When I explained it to a manager, his response was, if you're not happy, don't buy the car. There was a $500 difference between what I was lead to believe and what the end price was. The manager reduced the price $200. Manly is a multi-million dollar business. The manager should have honored the initial price. The internet salesman was very nice; I don't want him to be blamed or have consequences. More

Tom showed me exactly what I was looking for and guided me through the process. I was given a great deal without the back and forth negotiations I dreaded. I could hardly wait to pick the car up after it was detailed. With both Tom and Steve's help I even was able to have the car exterior sealed. To say the least i was blown away. I just received a 650.00 Level 2- 240v home charging unit from Leviton at no charge from Honda Motor Corp., Thru Manly Honda, no strings atttached. The entire transaction from first contact to lease signing was as easy of a process that i have ever had on ant vehicle purchase/ lease..
