He had very little informatio The salesman that helped me was named Sergio, and in the nicest way possible, I was not impressed at all by his service. He had very little information to offer about the car, struggled to answer basic questions related to the car's functions, and was unable to give me more information related to the cars history. He gave us conflicting answers as to how long it had sat on the lot (after we noticed the accumulation of rust, his answer of how long it had been sitting changed drastically). I feel like he was rushing me to make a decision by asking me to sign documents stating that if he were able to negeotiate it to HIS price, I would complete the transaction by filling out the paperwork the following day. I found his impromptu contract to be really unprofessional and pushy. He repeatedly said, "you got to help me out on this", and I felt like saying, "I do not have to help you with anything. You are not my buddy and I dont owe you anything". He went to "talk to his manager" during our negotiation (THREE times) and he was gone for 20 minutes or more each time and would come back with little or no adjustment in the price as if he wasn't taking our offers seriously. His energy was not friendly, inquisitive, or enthusiastic. He actually said two times that he had other customers to help, and he wanted a time estimate of how long we were going to take to make a decision. He did the same thing once we picked up the car, and then asked me to rate him with 5 stars when I reviewed him. I dont think it works that way. The other guy who helped is in the financial department, and his name is Darin. He was kinder, more enthusiastic, generally friendly and spent more time explaining answers to our questions. The only complaint about my exchange with Darin was that I felt pressured to make a decision in front of him wihout time or space to think it over/discuss it with my mom. When i tried to discuss my concerns or feelings with my mom, he would interrupt with a solution that would still sell me the extra warranties (ex: turning a 2 year payment plan into a 4 year payment plan to keep the monthly payment the same and reducing the cost of the warranty after I told him I didnt want to pay that much). He was good at his job as a salesman, and I liked his personality, but I felt like I ended up buying something I repeatedly said I did not want because I couldnt afford it, and didnt think I needed it. I called his office repeatedly the following two days to return the warranties sold to me, and have since not received a call back and it has been almost 1 week. I was able to get a hold of another member of the finance department, Tom, who explained the warranties in greater detail, including the 60 day 100%money back guarentee (which would have been nice to know ahead of time so that I didn't have to stress out so much). He had great customer service, was very friendly, and helpful in answering most of my questions. I have plenty more to say about how many times I had to call the reception desk before eventually receiving a call from Tom, but at this point, I am just thankful to have received a call at all. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership, and I had high expectations for the service at Manly. I had pretty good experiences with them in the past when I have brought my cars in for services, and this experience was completely different. Ultimately, I was dissapointed. I not only overpaid for a car after I knew its appropriate value (it was me and my mother shopping for the car, and I felt like we treated as if we didnt know what we were talking about when we proposed our counter offers or asked clarifying questions about the car), but i was also sold warranties that i did not want to buy. Overall, the customer service was rushed, mildly friendly, and we were forced to sit and wait for unnessarily LONG periods of time, with no significant adjustments made to our offer. One more nit-picky detail related to the "detailing" they did for my car-they vaccumed the seats and washed the exterior (which looked great);However, there were crumbs+dust+animal fur left in the door pockets and the center console, and around the seats. I dont consider that a "detail" esp for buying a car at near sticker price. I wanted the car, and was annoyed with the BS, so i made a rushed deal. I am not satisfied with the amount I paid, and regret having signed off on this deal. If rushing and bulling are the tactics that Manly uses to close their sales, it worked, but I will NOT recomend this place to people I care about, espicially not any of my female friends looking to buy a car alone. I have taken all my cars to Honda for services in the past which is why I bought from their lot, and I am left feeling extremely taken advantage of and dissapointed. More

Amazing service above and beyond!!! Speechless I never once posted a rating online before but i feel like i need to this time. J. R is an amazing person! I came looking for a car and the first thin I never once posted a rating online before but i feel like i need to this time. J. R is an amazing person! I came looking for a car and the first thing i see when i pull up is his big smile and him waiving at me! He helped me all day! From 12 pm to 8pm! And not once did that smile go away. He helped me out so much and made sure the car i picked was the one i truly wanted. He didnt try and sell me the most expensive nor the cheapest! He went by with whatever i wanted! He was honest and respectful. And then after finalizing the car he parked my new car under the roof so i can see it all perfect before i drove it into the rain! Amazing!! Then the next day he calls me making sure everything is good with the car and that im still satisfied with it. He truly takes care of his customers every day no matter how long ago he sold you a car.
