He was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping us find the right CRV at the right price. He took his time and never rushed us. When it came time to talk numbers, he listened. We told him how much we wanted to put down and how much we wanted our payments to be. He came back the first time with both numbers under our budget. When does that ever happen? We agreed and moved on to finance. Tom H was easy going, funny and did not try to sell us a million things. He caught an error in the paperwork that would have changed our payment, and he went to bat for us. I truly felt like both gentleman had our best interest in mind and tried to get us the very best deal....and we got a great one! If you are looking for a new vehicle, go talk to the Toms. I have to say, after talking to multiple sales people at different dealerships, talking to JR was really a breath of fresh air! He was incredibly pleasant to talk to, he listened to everything that we wanted and why...and saved us a lot of money compared to our local dealership. We drove down from Mckinleyville California to see a specific car, and he had already pulled it from the lot so it would be available when we got there! After looking at the vehicle, we changed our mind on interior finish and JR had to hunt another vehicle down for us that had everything we wanted! He was very kind, very accommodating and worked hard to help us leave with exactly what we wanted at an awesome price... and he did it all with a fantastic smile! Car shopping isn't that bad I went in two weeks ago with the intention of just looking for a new car, but probably not driving off the lot that day. I was greeted by my good pal I went in two weeks ago with the intention of just looking for a new car, but probably not driving off the lot that day. I was greeted by my good pal Wayland at manly Honda and was immediately felt taken care of. Wayland gave me options, and made it possible for me to take my car home that day. After Wayland sold me on my dream car, he introduced me to Tom who helped me finish up all my paperwork. There is an unfortunate stigma behind dealership and the employee's that work there, but I never once felt uncomfortable with the decision I made. Thank you Wayland, Tom and Manly Honda for my new car! I will be back....just not so soon! More
