Excellent Customer Service & Personable Staff Members I purchased a 2020 Prius Prime during the Spring of 2019 and so it took a few months for the new car to be manufactured and delivered. During this pe I purchased a 2020 Prius Prime during the Spring of 2019 and so it took a few months for the new car to be manufactured and delivered. During this period of time, my sales agent (Tom Hunter) was excellent in communicating the status of the vehicle and when I might expect it to be delivered. Once I took delivery of the vehicle, Tom walked me through the basics of its operation and setting up Car Play and Toyota's Entune software with my iPhone. He was great. Brittany was excellent in providing information on protections that I could add to the car. She was informative without being pushy. I did purchase rust protection and a protective covering for the car. Sara in financing was great in her explanations of gap coverage and other aspects of financing the car. All in all, I would highly recommend this dealership. They are transparent, thoughtful and I appreciate the diverse workforce that is at Brookdale Toyota. I plan on serving my vehicle at this dealership even though it is a bit further than another Toyota dealership. More

Got there at 2:00 and drove away in our new car at 4:30! We received wonderful service at this dealership! Tom was nice, helpful, and efficient, and the finance person was also great to work with. We were buying a car for my daughter for going away to college, and Tom did a great job allowing her to take a test drive, and then describing the features when we were getting ready to go. We felt like the whole thing was really well-executed. My daughter wanted to "drive it home" that day, and after bad experiences at other dealerships, we were worried it wouldn't happen. Tom got us through the whole process in less than 3 hours, and everything is great so far! More
