I had the best and easiest car buying experience ever here! I worked with Denise and she was so helpful, patient, and willing to take extra steps to make sure I had everything I needed when purchasing my here! I had reached out on a Friday to ask about a car they had on the lot, she emailed and called me quickly, we text back and forth a little, did all the negotiations via email over the course of that afternoon l, and I drove in Saturday morning to buy the car. It was clean, ready to go, and the entire process took less than hour (unheard of!). Denise even went above and beyond to help me get the windshield replaced at no cost to me (it was a pre-owned car that had chips that were filled). I really, really appreciate Denise and Tom for all their help. There was never any pressure, no rudeness, nothing but easy and respectful communication. Highly recommend! More
