I returned it for a second deep clean; and the smell was gone for awhile - then reappeared for the third time. So, almost a month after having purchased the vehicle, the used car manager Tom Iles asked me to bring it, select any other new or used vehicle I wanted, and applied 100% of the original purchase price in on the trade. Couldn't ask for a better outcome. Kudos to Brittney, Wes, John and Sarah as well - great team effort and old-school outstanding customer service. More
