One of my former students is family to one of the Bozard's, so I asked her if she could help point me in the right direction on who to speak with when I went to look at a car. She suggested I speak with Tom Krell and I am so glad she did. He was great to work with, I didn't feel pressured at all, and he was able to locate a car that fit my needs. He was willing to let us leave for lunch and discuss the vehicle and didn't pressure us to purchase it right away or we would lose it. This is the best experience I have had with purchasing a car and I would return to Bozard in the future. I am very impressed with the way that Bozard does things, especially Mr. Tom Krell. I have been to several dealerships over the past three weeks. I have spent untold hours on the Internet. There were many e-mails and phone calls back and forth with car salesmen to no avail. Although some of the others made some sort of effort, they didn't seem to understand that people want a good vehicle at a good price. Many times I heard that to get what I wanted, I would have to pay more. To say that buying an automobile from Tom Krell at Bozard Ford was the best and easiest car buying experience that I have ever had, would be somewhat of an understatement. I was really blown away by the amazing experience. I was looking for a specific used vehicle, an Acura TL; when I discovered one at Bozard Ford, Mr. Krell made the whole process absolutely painless and quite enjoyable. I was surprisingly utterly amazed with my recent new Ford Escape special order purchase experience with Bozard Ford. From my initial internet inquiry to the actual purchase of my vehicle, Tom Krell made the Escape special order purchase experience with Bozard Ford. From my initial internet inquiry to the actual purchase of my vehicle, Tom Krell made the experience more than just pleasant. He may be a salesman by trade, but he recognizes and brings the human side to a major purchase transaction. On his own, he sent me photos that he personally took on the lot, from his own phone, of the 2 different types of wheels that I could choose from for my vehicle. When I told him I wanted "bling", he wanted to be certain the upgraded wheels were what I expected, since I was paying more for them. I appreciated Tom's sensitivity to that. His professionalism (treated me with respect), communication (kept me informed throughout the process; I didn't have to contact him, he called, texted and emailed me), timeliness and organizational skills (always had paperwork ready), customer service attitude (made me feel important, not just my business), and great sense of humor (very relatable). Doing business with Tom felt more like a friendship experience than a business deal....and that's how I like to "roll". Chase Burnett's energy was very refreshing, and his technical knowledge and experience helped me with my Iphone Blue Tooth connection and use of the included gadgetry on my Escape. He demonstrated several vehicle features from the first showing and at delivery of the vehicle. He made sure that I was totally comfortable and both he and Tom gave me their business cards to call for future assistance, whenever needed. TJ in Finance was great at explaining all the reasons for an extended warranty, but because I will only be driving 1.5 miles each way to work, and the reliability I had with my 2008 Ford Focus, I declined the warranty. I have purchased them in the past, but my situation was different then, with high mileage driving. In addition, the receptionists have always been friendly and helpful and other salesman and employees as well, as soon as I arrived on the lot and throughout my experience with Bozard. My experience with Bozard Ford was a polar opposite relief to Tropical Ford in south Orlando 5 1/2 years ago. For example, when I explicitly told Tropical that I wanted to order a vehicle, they tried talking me into buying one on the lot. I actually had to ask and insist to speak to the Finance Manager. I totally felt comfortable with Bozard Ford listening to my needs and responding, therefore I have been recommending them from day one, due to my awesome experience with all the staff. I feel that Bozard has a great team. Keep up the good work! I'll be back...(Schwarzenegger)...and that's a good thing. :)) More
