He is courteous, thorough, works quickly and efficiently, being respectful of my time. He makes himself available to help me in any way. I needed to "reboot" my blue tooth after a tech update on a service visit, and he walked me through the entire process, even though he was done for the day! He is always pleasant and willing to help.
