I guess the key is finding the right sales person. When 1st drove in my old vehicle and a tee, jeans and hat the 1st salesman was a jerk. Very reluctant to do anything for me. I asked for keys to look inside he said I couldn't drive it. Can't I look inside and see the engine and trunk. Finally getting the fob I got in the car. When I asked to bring the fob over so I could start it up I was told again I couldn't drive it. Finally I got to hear the engine. When I asked for a copy of the window sticker I was told to look it up online. So I left discussed when home I called the dealership asking for the sales manager to the girl answering. I got a guy to whom I told my story to and he invited me back the next day. So I went back ,and was treated quite differently. I was even tossed the fob to drive it. We worked out a deal and told him I wanted to bring my wife back on Saturday and put down a deposit. Which was agreeable with him. I called Saturday morning to let them know we were on our way. Arriving there we were greeted by the jerk who wouldn't give me the time of day before. But now was more than happy to show us the car and explain the options to us. When I asked where my salesman was given a vague answered that he wouldn't be coming in. Once home again I call the dealership asking for the sales manager. This time I verified I was actually talking to the manager Mr. Campfield. Repeating my story to him he said he would take care of it and me. Was given to a 3rd gentleman , Mr. McIntee who handled all the paperwork , went over the vehicle and was treated the way I should have been in the beginning. Hope they learn not to judge the book by its cover. More
