There was none of the usual high pressure push to make a deal which was very refreshing. We returned two days later to complete the deal. Eric was on top of things and the deal was completed without the back and forth"let me check with my manager". The best part was that the owner came out introduced himself and thanked us for the purchase. We have never seen nor heard of that happening at a car dealership before.
