Very pleased with Nic and financial person, Tom. Very knowledgeable and personable. Had a glitch with receiving money after transfered funds were in my acct. Bank confirmed that a local Credit Union was a sister branch. Well that was a disappointing banking experience. Another call to my Credit Union, another trip to a different sister branch and yet again a disappointing banking experience. Arrived at your dealership, explained to Nic the unfortunate issue, very frustrated and upset with the banking runaround on my end. Frankly, almost to tears. Nic and financial person, may have been Tom again, uncertain, worked something out for me to do. Finally, with only their help, was I able to purchase the vehicle. Ever so relieved! Very happy with the dealership side of the puechase. I recommend! More
