Kat, great salesperson, great follow up. They had a very large inventory of used cars. Sadly, my car needed a new battery. It had to recharged when I was on the road and when I was in my garage. When I large inventory of used cars. Sadly, my car needed a new battery. It had to recharged when I was on the road and when I was in my garage. When I took in for a safety inspection I assertively insisted that the car needed a new battery, then apologized. Response “just like a woman.” This I DID NOT appreciate. I left my car overnight and it was ready the following afternoon. I picked it up and finally learned the tricks of maintaining my battery battery. I had owned a VW Golf and the functions on the Tiguan are totally different, even down to access to the gas cap and the cargo release. Even starting the car was different, requiring a really hard stomp on the break. But, I’ve figured it out this car is more comfortable for my and drove safely through a thunderstorm. I really love the car and had never had an issue with the service department before. They were just swamped and had a bunch of people lined up waiting for there cars. The dealership is an easy drive from my home in Webster Groves 63119. More

Amongst automotive enthusiast, dealers and service centers. Dean Team is regarded as the worst dealer in St. Louis so much so it has become a joke. Let me tell you an example. My girlfriends father bo centers. Dean Team is regarded as the worst dealer in St. Louis so much so it has become a joke. Let me tell you an example. My girlfriends father bought their VW Jetta here and has had it serviced here since and when I heard that's where they were taking it. I was like ok let's see if the rumors are true. It is true. They tried charging for warrantied work, for when the part failed again. They didn't install the alternator properly which caused the belt to shred, That didn't need to be replaced in the first place because of a multimeter test showing that the old one was fine. Then they put in a aftermarket alternator from car quest that isn't even for the car. They tell the owner my girlfriends father nothing of this. Then worse they get the car back and they completely sheered off the exhaust. When originally it was a exhaust gasket that needed replacing. Said it was not their problem. They clearly broke the exhaust by lifting the engine and changing the pulley sheering off the exhaust and replaced the pulley with some random one that doesn't even match the original. My coworkers have heard the car before and they were with me and the first thing they said is that "they broke your car man" They refuse to make it right stating the exhaust isn't their problem and that the wrong pulley is good enough and to let them know if the belt falls off. Whatever you do don't take your car here for service or buy a car from them. They're diagnosis methods are severely flawed. They're repair methods are reckless They don't even call back to make it right More

I checked it on line and they did not have a low mileage, used Tiguan which I thought was what I wanted. I used Dean Team Kirkwood repair for several years and they were always very good to me. Because of this service, I decided to start the car buying process at Dean Team Nick helped me get a 2016 Low mileage Tiguan. He was very patient as I test drove not only this car but also a Subaru. We negotiated an agreed upon price. Nick made the process so much easier than I expected. Bill in finance tidied up the final paperwork and I have been happily driving my Tiguan since. More

My wife and I thought that we got a very good deal on the purchase of a 2014 Audi A7 and we were happy to take our new to us (pre-owned) car home. In our state of "new car" euphoria we neglected to notice that the car didn't come equipped with a front license plate bracket. Being from a state (Illinois) that requires this and buying the car from Missouri, again a front license plate required state, I was under the impression that one was required and would be provided. I guess that was my mistake, We have tried unsuccessfully for 2 months to have the dealership follow through and provide this legally required item. Calls and text messages were exchanged with both salesmen that assisted on the sale, which were at first responded to with promises to locate a bracket and contact us when this was done. Future attempts were put off and then blatantly ignored, as well as 2 follow up visits to the dealership, where again we were promised to follow through and contact us. Another issue we had with the care was screeching brakes, I didn't notice this at first due to being a little hearing challenged. When I took the car back to dealership, they did at least check the car, stating that the brakes did indeed make noise and that 60% of the brake pads were present, thus there was nothing they could do. This was a nearly $38,000 Audi, unless I'm wrong, the brakes should work and do so with making a horrible noise. My son and I replaced the front disc pads ourselves and the screeching went away, now it sounds like an Audi should. In short the buying experience went very well, that would be rated at 4 or 5 stars. Following through on any problems, as well as common courtesy (returning texts or phone calls), well... I just got the feeling that out of sight, out of mind. I delayed writing this review for 2 months giving the "Dean Team" time and the benefit of the doubt to make things right. For this they should have received 1 or no stars. More

Pe I don't get a hard sell and like the cars I can find there. There is a good selection of used cars and I ended up buying a new car this last time. People are friendly and I feel like I am treated with respect. The only thing I do not like is how difficult and dangerous to pull out of the dealership. They need a better entry/exit location. More
