I initially test drove a 2016 Impreza Sport with John and then later put down a deposit for a 2017 Impreza Limited. John was friendly and thorough in going over the process and getting back to me whenever I had any questions. I dealt with Rob when I put down my deposit for my car who was also very friendly. I picked up my car recently and went over the final buying process and the car with John and deal with Tom when it came to financing. Tom was very thorough and great to work with. I would recommend Liberty to anyone who wants to purchase a Subaru. More

Although I have had my car for only a few weeks now, I believe I am on the road to becoming a loyal Subaru customer. I worked with Ed Vogel as my sales consultant, and he is a very nice man. Calm, professional, and did not give me an ounce of sales pressure. He really worked with me and got me the deal I was looking for. I also worked with Tom Portee, another very nice, easy going guy. So far I am really enjoying my Subaru Forrester, am happy with Subaru (so far) as a car dealership, am glad that Ed was so easy to work with.....and, of course, the icing on the cake was the donation they made to help animals. I hope they always do that along with their adoption days. More

Excellent customer service! Tom is the best! I went to Liberty Subaru to hopefully purchase my first new car. I got there and walked around the lot and was then approached by Tom. Off the bat Tom was very polite, and professional. Told him what I was looking for which was the Impreza 5-Door. He showed me what they had, explained the model, explained the difference in base model, sport premium, and sport limited. Felt like I kept asking the same question but Tom had no problem in explaining them over. Test drove the car, went over everything answered all questions I had, my girlfriend had. I didn't feel rushed nor felt like I was being told what I wanted to hear to just purchase a new car and get out. Once I was finished with Tom from the finance dept. Tom showed and explained me every feature the car had, connected my Bluetooth phone to the car. I would definitely purchase another car from Tom and send people to Tom to purchase a car. He truly provided 5 Star service! More
