We've only heard good things about Liberty Subaru in Emerson, so it was a no brainer. We worked with Steve Klein and it was a no hassle buy (we also used TrueCar so the price was established ahead of time). They did a soft-sell for extras like the add-on extra insurance, but at no time did we feel pressured into buying anything we didn't want and everyone was super friendly. We picked up the car yesterday after it came in and Steve spent a good amount of time going through the basics about the car's operation and showed us how to get around the navigation system and other features unique to the car. It was very much appreciated and he also introduced us to the service department. In all, it was a very straight forward buying process and we would definitely recommend to anyone looking at a Subaru. More

Alex Welch took my name and number (for some reason he could not help me) and promised that a salesperson would call me. No one ever did. My disappointment with that encounter was erased by Steve Klein. I got to him though the Subaru website, which offered the opportunity to get price quotes from different dealers. I requested quotes from 5 dealers, but only Steve Klein at Liberty actually gave me numbers. Each time I emailed with questions, he got right back to me. He also made the whole process very straightforward and stress-free. Steve's responsiveness made the difference in deciding to buy from Liberty! More

Before I arrived to speak to Dan I could not make up my mind if I wanted to purchase a Subaru or a Volkswagen. Dan was very informative, patient and not pushy like other car salesmen and he was extremely helpful. His customer service was excellent. Dan was the kind of salesman that made you feel comfortable buying a car and was not aggressive or pushy. I realized after speaking to Dan that the Subaru would be a much better vehicle for me than the Volkswagen and decided to purchase the Crosstrek. I have told my friends if they decide to buy a Subaru they should go to Liberty and ask for Dan Lidestri.
