Time, patience, and a new car 😊 My husband and I have been looking at buying our first mini van and knew we wanted the 2018 Odyssey. We decided last minute to go to valley Honda Satu My husband and I have been looking at buying our first mini van and knew we wanted the 2018 Odyssey. We decided last minute to go to valley Honda Saturday afternoon. Tom became our sales associate and boy car buying is a long process and the patience that he had with us was amazing, especially because being last minute we had our two year old with us. We took up most of Toms day but he never seemed annoyed and he was straightforward with us with any questions or suggestions we had. He got us the best price he could with the help of financial dept and we even got a good deal on the all weather mats; thankfully because it was snowing. We had a long day but a great experience. Even after all of the time spent buying the car Tom took lots of time to explain all of the features of the car and made sure the van stayed parked in the garage until we got our car seat installed so that we didn’t have to do it in the snow. He was very kind, patient, and understanding and considerate of us having our toddler with us. We appreciate all the help we received and Valley Honda is truly all smiles while you are there. I had two people walk up to me to make sure I was being helped and to ask why I was there and just carry on nice conversation. Valley Honda May be a little further for me to travel to but I will def be back there. Thank you Tom for a pleasant experience More

Best Experience Ever I was referred to Tom at Valley Honda and he was described to me as being a low-key, no BS salesperson. We spoke on the phone a few times before I eve I was referred to Tom at Valley Honda and he was described to me as being a low-key, no BS salesperson. We spoke on the phone a few times before I ever went to the dealership, and I described to him what I was looking for and what I was hoping/ready to spend. When I arrived he had the vehicle I was interested in ready to test drive, all of the pertinent information at his fingertips, and was ready and willing to answer any and all of my questions ( even the redundant ones ). We both "learned" the newly incorporated computer system together, and whatever questions I had that Tom might not have had answers to ( which weren't very many ), he was able to get me the answers immediately. I never felt pressured or intimidated by him, and I truly appreciated that as much as Tom was willing to help me in any way that he could, he also took a step back when he felt that I needed some time to reflect and consider all of my options. From start to finish, I can honestly say that this was hands down, my most pleasurable new car buying experience. More
