His professionalism, understanding and accommodating approach helped my husband and I to understand the vast differences in updates from our 2004 Honda CR-V to today's highly engineered models. He answered my endless questions with patience and depth of knowledge and demonstrated the entire car three different times...once during my early visit to acquaint myself with the car, and then when my husband joined me to actually purchase it, and then when we picked up the car. He adjusts to the personalities of each buyer and makes them feel comfortable, whatever their approach to car buying. My husband is not an easy car buyer to please, and Tom's low-key style was exactly what we needed to be comfortable with the transaction. He did everything he possibly could to take us through the process and handle all the details for us in a timely and efficient manner. He helped us to negotiate an acceptable deal that made my husband feel satisfied. The car was delivered in perfect condition, and we feel we made the right choice of color and model. His patience throughout the entire experience was greatly appreciated, and he helped us understand various ways we might be able to continue to use our collection of CD's in the absence of a CD player in the car. That was of extreme importance to us, and we are grateful for his expertise in being able to demonstrate the relation between the Smartphones and the navigation possibilities. Tom was knowledgeable, patient and never made me feel like I was the Gramma that I am in learning the new technological features of the 2017 Honda. Tom took the time we needed, which I suspect is more than most car buyers need, He called me in a day or two to ask if I had any questions. I did. He answered them. Tom is your salesperson if you want service. Valley Honda is an outstanding agency--plenty of inventory to choose from, up to date facilities (show room, waiting room, privacy when talking to salesperson), and provides great help and efficiency when signing all the papers that must be signed. All in all, it was a most pleasant experience. More
