Tom immediately made us feel at ease by his professional, no pressure, careful listening to our needs and wants. After a few test drives we identified the car we wanted and within a short period of time we had made our decision. Tom showed us the service center and shared maintenance tips for our new vehicle. At the end of the day, we drove home very happy owners of a new Honda. They protected my head from being smashed into my door window. I swore when it was time for me to buy a new car Honda was for me!!! In March of 2016 my friend (that was in the accident) and I went to Valley Honda.Their we met Tom Propersi. I like to say I have a good judge of character. Tom very pleasant soft spoken man. I thought to myself there are really non-pushy salesman? LOL I have bought many new cars in the past, and had to put a few salesman in their place. Tom Propersi is now my salesman and friend. Nervous About The Car Buying Experience? I was. I was looking for a car a couple years ago after a horrible car accident we were involved in. I know it would have been a lot worse except for I was. So the nearest Honda dealer was Valley Honda. We met Tom Propersi we talked for a while. I never felt rushed, never felt pressured, as I have been in the past from other car dealers. We took a test ride loved the Pilot. Unfortunately, it wasn't the right time for me. I did tell Tom when I'm ready I will come back and see him. Fast forward 2 years I emailed Tom hoping he was still at Valley Honda. When he replied, I was relived because, the car buying experience is extremely stressful. I didn't want the high pressure tactics. or feeling like you were taken advantage of. Tom showed us around Valley Honda which is a very nice facility. Tom gave us a fair price on my 2018 Pilot Touring. I bought it that night, he stayed well past closing time to show me all about the car. I said its ok, I can figure out some of this out myself. He insisted that he wanted me to be safe and setup the car to my personal preferences. I feel like Tom went above and beyond for me. The person that was in the CRV, when we had the accident bought a 2018 CRV from Tom the following week. If your worried about or had a bad car buying experience in the past see Tom Propersi.
