Top notch Salesman! My husband and I recently purchased an Accord Coupe at Valley Honda. Tom was expeditious, business like and friendly with all aspects of buying our new car! Tom had the car ready to test drive before we arrived, and he and Nick Capezio (senior sales manager) were both able to quickly make us an honest and fair deal. Tom and the rest of the team then quickly helped us through the paperwork, while our car was getting its final preparations for pick up. At Valley Honda they finalize your car purchase by having the picking up of your new car an event in itself! Tom took us to another area to see our new car so clean and literally showroom polished! At that point, Tom went over all of the technology, features, and answer any final questions we had. Tom is truly a fantastic sales consultant, and overall this was a great car buying experience...we will be back when it's time for our next car purchase! More

I was shopping for the civic hatchback sport touring (which has limited supply), Tom located the exact color I was looking for and called me immediately to offer an option to hold it until I was ready to make a deal. He genuinely wanted to help get me this car because he was excited for me with how much I wanted it. He spent a great amount of time walking me through every feature of the car to make sure I understood how to use every new piece of technology on it. In my previous experiences of car dealing at other dealerships they don't take nearly the same time and care to make sure you feel confident with your new vehicle. Not only was the service level great, but Tom and Nick, the sales manager, helped me to get a deal that I felt comfortable with and wanted to see me walk away with the car rather than walk away from the car. Last, the service of Valley Honda also is represented with the porters. As Tom, was speaking to the outside of the vehicle a porter saw that we had opened the trunk and immediately came out to buff out our finger print marks to make sure I left with a car that was sparkling. I love my new car and now will only purchase cars from Valley and Tom in the future! More
