We had spoken with a manager over the phone before we got there. Once we got there he connected us with Tom. Tom was so helpful in answering our questions and guiding us through the process. It was the first time that we had leased a car through our business and we had no idea what we were supposed to do! Tom was so helpful with this process. Tom was also so helpful in explaining all the features of my new Touring CRV. I had my last CRV for 12 years, so I was not used to any of the features available in new cars. I love my new car!!! It is amazing!! Tom was so clear and patient when explaining all the features and even helping me set up the features that are typically more complicated. I will definitely get my next car at Valley Honda and ask for Tom specifically! Lastly, the service center is incredible... wow... so many computers and TVs in the waiting area. It is beautiful, comfortable and easy to hang out there while waiting for your service. They were very fast and responsive as well. More

But after we bought our Honda Ridgeline and went to pick-up the truck, Tom gave us the red carpet treatment. He was very attentive and went beyond what we expected in getting our vehicle ready to take home, taking time to explain and show us the features of the vehicle. If we purchase another vehicle in the near future, we definitely will check out the Hondas and ask for Tom. Also, the management and staff are great as well. If you want to buy a Honda, you got to go to Valley Honda. More

One day while on our way to eat dinner, we saw a Honda dealership and thought of visiting coz it's already on the way. This is when we met Tom. Comparing to the other associates I've met, Tom had this air of professionalism even at first sight. He knows his brand well and explains everything in a very clear manner. He wasn't pushy (a very huge plus) and I find that his relating his car experience helped me cement my thoughts on buying the particular car. I also appreciated the fact that even after the deal, he's still readily available for any type of assistance I would need. I really enjoyed having business with Tom and anyone who would like to consider getting a car, I'd definitely recommend him as well. More

Tom Prosperi really took his time and worked with me to get me into the car that suited my needs. While my wife and I were there, my wife ended up looking around at cars and ended up trading her car in that day too. It was a long day for us and Tom, but he took his time and closed both deals very efficiently. At one point, we were going to take a quick break for late lunch/early dinner (we had been there a good chunk of the day by this point!) and Tom invited us to the break room to have some of the food the dealership catered in that day for their staff (nice to see an employer recognize their staff on a very busy day!) We're both very happy with our new cars, and were very pleased with the service Tom P. provided us, from the minute I walked on the lot, to the follow up. I was hesitant on working with a new dealership as I had gone through the last one I bought from for the last three cars I purchased. Tom Propersi assisted me and was very thoughtful and helpful through the process. I didn't feel pressured at all which was a relief. He showed me a few cars and it didn't take long to discover that the 2016 Civic was perfect for me. Wow, has the Civic come a long way from the last one I owned! In addition to working with Tom, I also worked with Nick who I believe is a Sales Manager. Both were great to work with. I would recommend Tom Propersi if you're interested in a vehicle from Valley Honda. He explained the entire process to me and made the entire process as smooth as it could be. We returned to Honda not only due to the selection and availability of cars that fit our needs, but because of our previous experience with Tom Propersi. Tom believes not only in the quality of the vehicles he sells, but also in the quality of the relationships he forages with his customers. With our hectic schedule, it was difficult for my husband and I to get to the dealership to finalize the purchase, but Tom made sure everything ran smoothly and we took the car home the same evening.
