There is NO reason to go ANYWHERE else!!! This was my first time buying a car from a dealership. I put in a lot of my time and effort into making sure I got the best deal I possibly could. To This was my first time buying a car from a dealership. I put in a lot of my time and effort into making sure I got the best deal I possibly could. To make a long story short, initially I chose to go with another dealership because they gave me a better price. Soon to find out that was literally "just to get me in the door." After waisting 5 hrs of my time I called Tom Propersi right away. This was 30 minutes before they closed on a Saturday. Tom stayed an extra hour and a half after work hours to allow me to get back home and myself situated. He called me and we made a deal. This man LITERALLY saved me and turned an abysmal experience into a great one! Without to many details, this man took SO many extra steps to get me the exact car that I wanted. As titled. There is ABSOLUTLEY NO REASON to go to anyone else but this man! If he happens to be busy, wait. If you can't wait, go to Valley Honda. They will be the ones that will take care of you like no other dealership would. Again, I could not thank this gentleman enough! More

He stayed with me until 9pm in order to ensure that I was good to go, on the day the car arrived at the dealership. Friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated best describes the experience I had with Tom. He went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly for me, and it showed; I was incredibly surprised that he stayed with me so late on the day the car came in.
