He stayed with me until 9pm in order to ensure that I was good to go, on the day the car arrived at the dealership. Friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated best describes the experience I had with Tom. He went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly for me, and it showed; I was incredibly surprised that he stayed with me so late on the day the car came in. To me that shows passion and dedication to what he does- a key quality in anyone, let alone a salesperson! Will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle in the future. More
