Tom Propersi is the guy you need to deal with when at Valley. He is personable, down to earth, professional and thorough. As people who pay close attention to detail we had a million questions for Tom and he responded to every one of them promptly and accurately. Kurt Gonzalez was also very helpful towards the end of the sale in terms of clearing some things up for us on the finance end. Again, these 2 guys do NOT give you the sense that they are out to make a deal. They truly cared about us as people first in trying to get us the best deal based on our overall situation. More
