Tom even came out to my home to pick me up on the day I picked up my new car. Thanks!! Service team is amazing. I've been going to this dealership for service since 2006. In all that time, if I go in for an oil change, I get an oil change. I don't get the service guy coming back and saying, "...and you need a new Johnson Rod too... 500 bucks". And the service guy who put on the rear seat cover did an exceptional job making it fit perfectly. More

I met with Tom when the doors opened for business~ Tom was sensitive to my time frame and by 1:00 pm the ink was drying on a mutually (and happily) agreeable signed contract to purchase a new car. Tom’s product knowledge is superior. He is very detail-oriented. And Tom is a sensible negotiator. All are qualities that contribute to a satisfying car purchase experience. We've had bad experiences with dealerships in the past (who hasn't?), so came into the process with an "us vs. them" attitude. We were VERY thorough going from dealer to dealer and compared car after car. While we did our homework and looked at other options, Tom simply kept in touch to keep us updated with necessary information. No pressure, and he gave us some additional perspective on what to look for when looking at used cars and comparing prices. While other dealers wanted to jam us into a car ASAP providing basic details about the model, Tom got into great detail about the model in general, and also provided a two page list of items that the dealer had done to maintain the specific car we were looking at. Valley Honda is very transparent in providing used-car information, and that ultimately helped us make a decision. I feel like we got a very good sense of the car's history and what to expect from it while we have it. Thanks Tom! More

I went into Valley Honda with a strict budget, and Tom worked with me for two days to creatively make a deal that I felt absolutely comfortable with. He was the most professional salesman I've ever worked with. He was so respectful of my concerns and took the time to keep me informed throughout the entire process. At no point did I ever feel any pressure to buy or sense that anything was being "hidden" from me. I truly felt like he was an advocate for me and cared about my car purchase just as much as I did. Tom went above and beyond to make me feel like a welcome and valued customer. He even stayed late to help me unpack my old car!
