Tom is a one-of-a-kind car salesman; no one I've ever worked with to buy a car from can compare. He listens -truly listens- finds answers to questions, helps figure out what you really want and need ver worked with to buy a car from can compare. Most importantly, he is calm, patient, understanding and collegial. As if you went to buy a car from a friend. I've never worked with a car salesman like that. The service department at Valley is exceptional as well, and I've been to many in Chicagoland. All around a great place to get a car - the best place, in my opinion, to get a Honda. Won't ever choose a salesperson other than Tom. More

On the day of purchase, Tom had everything organized so that the paperwork went smoothly and quickly. Even after I signed the sales agreement, Tom spent another hour with me to explain the features of the new Civic and helped set up much of the safety features and technology links that would have otherwise taken me hours to figure out on my own. I cannot say enough good things about Jack and Tom, and am grateful that I had their guidance and expertise to help me get the exact car I wanted. I am also a longtime service customer of Valley Honda.
