Over the summer, I had been doing research online and visiting various dealerships looking for a 2022 sedan. Tom Propersi first contacted me by email, and I made an appointment to come in and look at the visiting various dealerships looking for a 2022 sedan. Tom Propersi first contacted me by email, and I made an appointment to come in and look at the Honda Accords. This was about the 6th weekend in a row that I had been shopping for a car but, when I test drove 2 different trims of the Honda Accord that Tom showed me, I knew that this was the car I wanted. Tom was able to promise me that, if I made a deposit on the Honda Accord trim and color I wanted (the Sport model), I would be able to get the car by the end of September or beginning of October. However, I just received my car this week, the end of August! Tom spent 4 1/2 hours with us this past Tuesday, having me sign paperwork, and telling me all about the features of my new car. Whenever I emailed him a question, he responded promptly with an answer. No other salesman or dealership treated me this well, and, luckily, I found the car I was most comfortable with and happiest with here also! More

He continues to serve you after the purchase and walks you through the details you probably didn’t know needed to be worked through. He’s knowledgeable and friendly, but more than that, he cares, and because of that I will drive another 12 hours to work with him in the future if the opportunity arises. More
