I brought my car in for repairs, due to a recall notice I received. The vehicle was repaired in the time frame I was given.The staff especially Tom Rodriguez was very courteous and professional. The estimated cost was way short of what it really cost. Highly disappointed. I will not return or recommend this dealership. Purchased a 2020 ram 1500 in 2020 very satisfied with everything. Have since traded in for a 3500 elsewhere. Took my 3500 in for a repair and waited 2 days for an entire inspection. Had the repair done w everything. Have since traded in for a 3500 elsewhere. Took my 3500 in for a repair and waited 2 days for an entire inspection. Had the repair done with no problems. My issue is, petty as it may be, my truck wasn't washed. I see all of the other vehicles come through the wash bay then hand dried. My 1500 that was purchased there was always clean when I picked it up but the 3500 I purchased elsewhere wasn't. Coincidence? More

Honestly, my recent experience was not the best. The assigned service advisor, was not present throughout my interaction with the service department. With that being said, another service provider t The assigned service advisor, was not present throughout my interaction with the service department. With that being said, another service provider took over my appointment which allowed me to handle maintenance on my vehicle. That same service advisor was also the one to return my keys after service. The advisor that was present should be credited with the service that was provided. My car was there over night which was expected and was completed the next day. More

I have perched 6 vehicles from the dealerships since they've opened in surprise. Always treated me nice and fairly super friendly. Naljable of the vehicles warranty department is awesome. Because it didn't start. Put a brand new battery in it. out the door in the 2 hours. More
