I bought my 2016 Ram PU from LHM in 2016 and got the best deal I could get anywhere on the West coast/SW and have continued to take my truck in for regular servicing. They usually have a great deal for maintenance packages to choose from and I have taken advantage of these since purchase. The work I have had done is always perfect, they never try to sell me something I don't need, and get the work done in a reasonable time. This last oil change/maintenance check was done on 3/12 and all finished in less than an hour...including oil change, all points check, tire rotation and wash. Great work at a great price in a reasonable time. Their lobby is also very clean and accommodating with wi-fi, tables and comfortable chairs, plenty of space inside and outside...and even water and snacks. More

This was my first time dealing with Larry H Miller Dodge, and I was impressed. Took my truck in for suspension service, oil change, tire rotation, and couple odds and ends. I've found a new place to have my Jeep serviced. Clean, friendly and professional. The problem was quickly diagnosed and the part replaced. Something another dealer was unable to do. While this is further friendly and professional. The problem was quickly diagnosed and the part replaced. Something another dealer was unable to do. Took my car back in to have the grease cleaned out of it from the past few times that the service technicians and advisers failed to make sure it was done. Judd set me up with Scarlet Padilla to have this t from the past few times that the service technicians and advisers failed to make sure it was done. Judd set me up with Scarlet Padilla to have this taken care of. She is the only person in a while, other than a chosen few, who actually cared about how I felt about my car and the condition I received it in after service had been performed on it. She had it cleaned to my specifications, as well as removing the grease smell. She even took care of a different issue that occurred while the car was in the dealerships possession. I was seriously impressed. Her professionalism AND personal approach to me as a customer gave me a feeling that she really knows how a person feels about their car and how it is cared for when being repaired. Her approach should be used as a training tool. A customer can get stressed when they have to spend money and time to take their car to a shop for repairs. When they have to take it back to get it cleaned out because a sloppy mechanic doesn’t take the precautions to keep that residue cleaned up, it looks like they don’t care. When I get a monotone answer on whether it was cleaned after a repair, I know it wasn’t. Car repairs are insanely expensive and the way Scarlet interacts with a customer and made sure my car was taken care of softens that blow just a bit. The ratings below are for Scarlet. More
