I wasn't very impressed Communication was not exceptional. I was left waiting to many times for too long sometimes without a reason. I already had my heart set I already knew going in I’d buy this car. I just wanted to know more about it. The salesman I worked with was nice, but kind of left me in the dark. The whole experience just didn’t feel genuine, not sure if it was just an off day or what. I’ve had two coworkers buy their cars at this location and they had good experiences so I thought I’d give it a shot. I’m happy to have my “new” used car, but I don’t know who to go to if I have more questions. Not very impressed. Example- when test driving the car, I saw there was a hatch back cover and one would only think that a used car comes with what’s in it. When picking up the car, it did not come with it, I asked why and I was told that if I would have upgraded it would come with it. How does one upgraded used car? Again, love the car, just not very impressed with the service. More
