Customer service was okay I was told the car went thru so many reviews. When I left the dealer I noticed one back light was not working. I tried to have it fixed that same day I was told the car went thru so many reviews. When I left the dealer I noticed one back light was not working. I tried to have it fixed that same day but i was told it was too late and to just come back another day. I was told the car came with 2 controls which after I bought the car I was notified that they did not had the second key. I leave 1 1/2 hour away so I had to make arranges to come back to get the new control and get the light fixed. More

Long but Good. Got a great deal. People were nice. Sales rep seemed a bit new- didn’t seem to know his stuff well. He advocated for me, but only after i had to ask h Got a great deal. No pressure experience!!! Tom was so great to work with! No pressure and super nice and honest! Even when I strolled in the first time wearing sweatpants with my sister with a Tom was so great to work with! No pressure and super nice and honest! Even when I strolled in the first time wearing sweatpants with my sister with a broken leg, regardless of appearance he treated us with nothing but respect! I truly appreciated his patience and honesty especially when buying a car is so stressful for me. I found something that I absolutely love and will be bringing it back for al services needed because of my experience! And, when the time comes will definitely make my next car purchase there again! Bought new Honda . first chatted online to sales rep, Tom. He was very nice, gave me a good quote on new car, and ballpark figure for my trade in. I needed one as I . first chatted online to sales rep, Tom. He was very nice, gave me a good quote on new car, and ballpark figure for my trade in. I needed one as I live in a smaller city 2.5 hours away. When I came to the store, I was given a good price for my trade in and there were several colors to choose from. So I said good buy to my trade in ( a little sad for me....). And left with a new car. Tom was great to work with. The receptionists at the desk we're very friendly. A great car shopping experience.
