Tom r. was extremely kind,talkative,polite,honest. he made me feel comfortable not rushed. Unfortunately, but fortunately, Pete Moore used cars/trucks was the only place I could find the exact used vehicle I was looking for. I decided to try the dealership one more time. I saw a gentleman come out of the building to move a truck and asked him where the truck I was looking for could be found on their lot. He told me where it was and that he working with a client but that he would send someone out to see me. Enter Tom Royster! No long explanation needed. He renewed my faith in Pete Moore dealerships. Best Experience in 40 years of buying cars!!!!! This was my first visit to Pete Moore Chevrolet in Pensacola Florida . I have been to the very least 100 car dealerships over the years And only A few This was my first visit to Pete Moore Chevrolet in Pensacola Florida . I have been to the very least 100 car dealerships over the years And only A few have come close to making the experience as easy professional and courteous as Tom Royster (Used car sales) (850 712 9580). Tom even had one of the guys from the shop drive 15 miles to pick me up and bring me back to the dealership a few days before Christmas of this year. I ended up buying the car I looked at the day before and I have to tell you I don’t have a job or good credit I did have money for a down payment but Less than half of it on me the rest wouldn’t be available for 5 to 7 days and I couldn’t believe it but Tom Royster talked to his manager came back and gave me the keys to the car and I took it home that night with a promise to come back in a week with the rest of the money. I also have to give a shout out to John Turner (sales) Without him the sale never would’ve happened and the managers or owner who let the car go for a great price, and of course the finance guy I can’t remember his name who got me a good percentage rate with my Below average credit. All I’ve got to say is this has Definitely without a doubt been the best experience I ever had buying a car And I have to tell you I can be a hard xxx when buying a car But it was nice not having to be.
