Let me start by saying, I swore 15+ years ago that I'd never buy another vehicle from "any" Pete Moore dealership ever again after being jerked around Let me start by saying, I swore 15+ years ago that I'd never buy another vehicle from "any" Pete Moore dealership ever again after being jerked around and outright lied to by their then "finance guy". Unfortunately, but fortunately, Pete Moore used cars/trucks was the only place I could find the exact used vehicle I was looking for. I decided to try the dealership one more time. I saw a gentleman come out of the building to move a truck and asked him where the truck I was looking for could be found on their lot. He told me where it was and that he working with a client but that he would send someone out to see me. Enter Tom Royster! No long explanation needed. He renewed my faith in Pete Moore dealerships. He was blunt, honest and did absolutely everything he said he'd do. Nuff said. Listen, if you're looking to buy a used vehicle, give Tom a try. He will cut through the crap and work his backside off to "earn" your business. Go for it! Give Tom a try! You won't be sorry!! More

Best Experience in 40 years of buying cars!!!!! This was my first visit to Pete Moore Chevrolet in Pensacola Florida . I have been to the very least 100 car dealerships over the years And only A few This was my first visit to Pete Moore Chevrolet in Pensacola Florida . I have been to the very least 100 car dealerships over the years And only A few have come close to making the experience as easy professional and courteous as Tom Royster (Used car sales) (850 712 9580). Tom even had one of the guys from the shop drive 15 miles to pick me up and bring me back to the dealership a few days before Christmas of this year. I ended up buying the car I looked at the day before and I have to tell you I don’t have a job or good credit I did have money for a down payment but Less than half of it on me the rest wouldn’t be available for 5 to 7 days and I couldn’t believe it but Tom Royster talked to his manager came back and gave me the keys to the car and I took it home that night with a promise to come back in a week with the rest of the money. I also have to give a shout out to John Turner (sales) Without him the sale never would’ve happened and the managers or owner who let the car go for a great price, and of course the finance guy I can’t remember his name who got me a good percentage rate with my Below average credit. All I’ve got to say is this has Definitely without a doubt been the best experience I ever had buying a car And I have to tell you I can be a hard xxx when buying a car But it was nice not having to be. Great experience from start to finish! It's been a few years since I had to go car shopping....and to say the least, I was NOT looking forward to it! However, I had heard good things about Pete Moore Chevrolet, so when I found a vehicle at their dealership that I was interested in online, I started the process. From the first email, text and call, it all was very pleasant. No big hassle or pressure....just pleasant customer service. My sales rep, Tom Royster, was very professional and I appreciated that he just cut to the chase....none of the typical back and forth and back and forth. He was very courteous to me and my father. When we were transferred over to the Finance Department, Don Lindgren, was equally nice to work with. He is a very personable fellow! Both men helped to make the whole process actually pleasant. I highly recommend Pete Moore Chevrolet. PS The vehicle is FANTASTIC! Just what I was looking for and the price was great! More

Upon arriving we met Tom Royster and he showed us several SUV's that met the description my dau My daughter was looking for a SUV and I went with her. 5 Stars for Tom Royster I visited Pete Moore and worked with Tom Royster. My budget was limited, but I was interested in a newer vehicle with low mileage and a warranty.
