New truck purchase The sales process was seamless and thorough, from the selection, test drive, negotiation to finance. I went in for a specific truck I saw online and i The sales process was seamless and thorough, from the selection, test drive, negotiation to finance. I went in for a specific truck I saw online and i got to the lot, and bam...there it was, the truck that blew all others out. Of course the salesman was already getting the keys for a different truck that I wanted to drive and when he got back. ..sorry, I want this one...so away he went for the keys. The rest is in the books...a RED 2017 Silverado 3500 HD, Z71, LTZ beauty. Thanks Charlie Rotenberry for helping me to initiate the process and setting me up with Tom Royster who took it from there. Then there was Don Lindgren who made the finance process a breeze and with good conversation during what is usually the worst part of buying a vehicle.
