As we all have increasing demands on our time, Tom worked with me remotely, via email and phone, to save me time. Once it came time to finalize the paperwork, he accommodated my schedule, and looming inclement weather, to get me moving quickly. He had already taken care of contacting my insurance company, obtaining the temporary insurance card, as well as the registration/license plate paperwork. Tom worked together with Becky Kosar, who finished up the financing paperwork with me in a friendly and efficient manner. While the BMW vehicle reputation is well deserved, General Manager Byron Brisbee has cultivated a first class level of customer service that continues to impress me. More

From the moment that I stepped into the Flemington dealership, Tom Terrill and many of the others made me feel right at home. With other dealerships I have read about and talked to others about, it is well worth the travel to Flemington to deal with these guys. This is my first BMW and I am happy that I made the choice, and as long as I am in this area and in need of anything BMW now or in the future, this place is it. We were greeted by the receptionist and sales manager almost immediately. Everyone was genuinely friendly and welcoming. We were introduced to an associate named Tom who turned out to be the best associate we've ever met. His knowledge about the vehicles is outstanding and his sales approach is honest & respectful. We began our conversation by saying we were just looking and at no point in time did we feel like an inconvenience or pressured. He walked us through our options, stuck to our budget, and ensured we thoroughly understood the details of our agreement.
