He had already taken care of contacting my insurance company, obtaining the temporary insurance card, as well as the registration/license plate paperwork. Tom worked together with Becky Kosar, who finished up the financing paperwork with me in a friendly and efficient manner. While the BMW vehicle reputation is well deserved, General Manager Byron Brisbee has cultivated a first class level of customer service that continues to impress me. More
