Great Service My car's battery went out. I brought my car in and they repaired it right away. I also had another problem with my car door. It was repaired also. My car's battery went out. I was so happy to get my door fixed as it had been malfunctioning for quite a while. Now it works perfectly. Thanks Honda. I miss you Dave Scott. More

Excellent vehicle buying experience I would like to take this opportunity to let your dealership know how much it was such a big, pleasant surprise to purchase my new 2019 Honda Pilot EX I would like to take this opportunity to let your dealership know how much it was such a big, pleasant surprise to purchase my new 2019 Honda Pilot EXL without the drama that goes with purchasing a vehicle. This was in part because of Cary Davis's professional low key sales tactic of showing the customer respect, and empathy. This was greatly appreciated by me and my wife. His knowledge of the Honda product and the purchasing process of Arrowhead Honda was fully displayed in his demeanor, and competences in walking us through the process. This was not our first rodeo, we have been buying and driving Hondas since 1989. We have had 10 over the years. We have purchased in Georgia, California, and now Arizona. And this experience was one of The best. kudos to Cary for making this happen, especially without the DRAMA! Also a special word of thanks to my man Tom Urbina who has been my service rep. For my Honda that I just traded in. He has been there since we moved to Arizona 2 years ago. He has taken care of all my service requirements on both vehicle and also my wife's CRV. His knowledge and skills are excellent at providing me with a detailed synopsis of what my SUV needs. He also makes sure that if the service takes longer than expected, he fits me into a loaner car as quickly as possible. I will definitely continue to go to Tom and recommend him to others.
