Tom Urbina is first class! I purchased my vehicle new in 2010 and have had it serviced there ever since. My service advisor, Tom Urbina, always handles me with excellent care a I purchased my vehicle new in 2010 and have had it serviced there ever since. My service advisor, Tom Urbina, always handles me with excellent care and attention to my needs and services. Unfortunately, I have had to return a few times because services were not done correctly or mistakes have been made. I want to make it clear, this is NOT a reflection of Tom. I'm not sure what the problems have been, but sometimes I drive away wondering if the service I just had was done properly by the techs. I have quite the history with this dealership and keep coming back to give them my business because of Tom Urbina. I wish I had more of a relationship with the service management, or felt like they truly cared to engage with customers like myself. We've interacted before in the past but because of things service had to fix or make right on. I work in customer relationships professionally and value great communication and customer/client care. I think the management has some room to grow in this area. More

Unexpected Visit On the day after Christmas the idler pulley on my 2007 Civic went south. I showed up at 7:00 AM without an appointment, at 11:30 the call came saying On the day after Christmas the idler pulley on my 2007 Civic went south. I showed up at 7:00 AM without an appointment, at 11:30 the call came saying that my car was repaired and ready for pick up.
