Great Job Tom, Thanks! I recently dropped my car off for routine maintenance, while my car was there the technician found additional issues. Tom recognized the items were co I recently dropped my car off for routine maintenance, while my car was there the technician found additional issues. Tom recognized the items were covered on warranty and got it taken care of. He called me, gave me the details and explained why my car would take a bit longer to complete. He also caught the fact I had a prepaid maintenance plan on my car which I forgot..... Thanks Tom, your experience and care for your customers shines brightly....... More

Quick action on recall item The day we received the official airbag recall/replace notice from Honda, we called Tom Urbina. He got us in the next day for a service appointment a The day we received the official airbag recall/replace notice from Honda, we called Tom Urbina. Quick oil change I did not have an appt and I came in on a busy Holiday Monday. Tom got me in right away, and offered me a ride home.
