Excellent service, as always! Since I bought my Pilot 5 years ago, Arrowhead Honda has provided me nothing but the best service! Tom Urbina is a great service adviser.. Air conditioning I have had so many great experiences with your dealership. My AC decided to not turn on for 25 min and I made a call to Tom Urbina and he had me in AS I have had so many great experiences with your dealership. My AC decided to not turn on for 25 min and I made a call to Tom Urbina and he had me in ASAP and the next day was my appt and all fixed and vert timely. I love coming to this dealership because of Tom. He is so professional, takes care of my car and he's funny and I feel like family as so comfortable to be there. I usually go in before work iI will generally pull out my laptop and some work as I wait. He is great! More

Fast and efficient service at Arrowhead Honda I had an emergency dental appointment which I made the night before my 8am maintenance appointment so I called beforehand to give them a “heads up.” I had an emergency dental appointment which I made the night before my 8am maintenance appointment so I called beforehand to give them a “heads up.” I would need several operations done and had to be out of there by 9am to make my dental appointment. I was not sure I could make it but thanks to Tom Urbina and the efficient people in the maintenance shop, my Tran fluid, Oil change and Serpentine belt change was completed on time. The car drives just fine and my dental emergency has been taken care of. Many thanks! More
