I appreciate Tom and his constant wonderful service!!! In addition to my experience with Tom, the dealership itself was always clean and comfortable to sit and wait, and the rest of the staff (such as accounting) also were very efficient and helpful!! I called Tom Urbina (Our service "go t We were having some issues with our multi media display in our 2017 Honda CRV. By the way I love this vehicle. I called Tom Urbina (Our service "go to person) and explained some of the things that were happening with our Honda. Immediately asked when I could come in and we made an appointment within the week. When I arrived at the dealership he greeted me and wrote down all the things we discussed on the phone. Tom recommended that I let him give me a ride home because this would probably take a little longer than a normal oil change. Within a few minutes the gentleman who is going to drive me home came over and was home in less than a half hour. Later on that afternoon Tom called and was able to take care of the new software update that Honda just came out with the day before. Timing is everything :-). So far, and I don't expect anything to change; my relationship with Honda has been terrific. More

The service team checked all systems and recommended 2 maintenance services which I approved by phone and they were promptly completed. In addition I asked for a quote on 4 new tires and was pleasantly surprised that the price offered was LESS than other places in the local area. The tires were then replaced on this same visit. There was no charge for mounting, balancing or disposal. WOW!! I was assisted by both Brandon and Tom and they were very thorough in every detail and very pleasant to work with. This is my 4th visit to Arrowhead Honda Service department and each time I have been very impressed by the service team. More

Having my records....Big Advantage! I'm new with Tom but I love that he had all my records for my 1996 Odyssey.
